30 DAYS OF RETURN

You have 30 days to return items purchased on elhofreestyle.com. The required return label is already enclosed with your shipment. If you need a new one, please contact our customer service at customercare@elhofreestyle.com.

To exchange an item in a different color or size, please place a new order.

Please note:  

• We only accept online returns for items purchased from the official ELHO online store
• If you have purchased an item elsewhere, please return or exchange it where you bought it

 

RETURN STATUS AND REFUND

You will be informed by email as soon as the return has been received in our warehouse. We will process your return as quickly as possible. The corresponding amount will be refunded to the original payment method used within 10 days.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be in their original condition:

• All original labels must be present
• All accessories (such as extra patches) must be attached to the product in their original form
• The items must be clean and unused
